Amaryllis Duval B. Ing. Business Analyst

Having had the chance of being involved in several occasions in mechanical engineering development projects, Amaryllis was well exposed to project methodology well before joining DBC! Now a Business Analyst, she currently focuses on master data management in SAP. Very active, her past experiences allowed her to develop a good management of her time schedule and priorities to achieve fixed objectives.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal along with five years of experience at the university as a mechanical systems modeling coach, Amaryllis was exposed rather early to project methodology and resource management.

Thanks to her time as a technical drafter for a pioneering company focused on the design of heavy machinery, Amaryllis gained valuable experience and built the foundation for her keen understanding of milestones.

She soon became determined to develop her expertise in SAP project management, making the leap to DBC in the fall of 2021 as a business analyst.

Distinguished by her excellent time and priority management skills, Amaryllis boasts a penchant for exploration and problem solving. This interest is fueled by her training in Master Data as well as by literature and her own personal experiences.

Independent, curious, and a strong self-learner, Amaryllis values the equitable distribution of resources among departments, making her a key figure in integration projects.

Never satisfied with her achievements, Amaryllis is always ready to seek advice from business coaches, participate in discussions with her network, and stay updated on industry trends.

As a team builder, she regularly coordinates bonding activities and takes great care in cultivating her network of friends to explore great new places over a bite or a drink.

A gardener in her spare time, she welcomes projects that draw on her creativity and manual skills, such as giving a second life to all sorts of objects. As an avid outdoors enthusiast, she is always up for a hike.
