Jean-François Brossard B. Ing. Vice-President Business Development

Having over 25 years of experience in ERP solutions and acting through the years as functional consultant, project manager, presales manager and then sales account executive, he is recognized as a leader with a strong delivery background. Versed as well with solutions complementary to the core ERP, Jean-François helps his customers take advantage of the technologies they implement. He oversees business development at DBC.

Jean-François holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montreal. He also has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) as well as a certification in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS.

Jean-François has worked as a consultant for various organizations in operations, implementation, purchasing, and warehousing. These opportunities strongly shaped his career path and introduced him to the world of SAP, leading him to work as an implementation project manager at Créatech for 11 years.

Then came an exploration of the sales field, with his role as Director calling for him to build and validate customer proposals for the implementation and optimization of their ERP platforms. At Beyond Technologies, he quickly joined the sales team in order to meet the needs of companies that had already implemented SAP but required new modules or upgrades.

With an enviable track record, his expertise in consulting and implementation made him the perfect fit for DBC, where he has been a partner since April 2022. Dynamic, flexible, and highly motivated by seeking the most rewarding outcomes, Jean-François’ goal is to maximize benefits for all his clients. Finding optimal business solutions to exceed his clients’ expectations is his absolute favourite part of the job.

His passion and concern for his clients translate into close collaboration, systematic support through each step of the project, and, of course, exceptional results. Not just anyone can become Vice President of Practice Development, which is why Jean-François devotes a great deal of time to continuing education, both to keep up with emerging technological trends and to refine his business strategy expertise.

As for his hobbies? Jean-François is an avid movie buff as well as a huge sports and fitness fan.
