SAP was implemented there more than 20 years ago.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"52\" data-end=\"303\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Over the years, Panelux has undergone significant evolution, leading to adjustments in its processes and ways of operating. However, this transformation has also resulted in a certain drift away from the original expertise. Today, many Excel files are used alongside SAP, whose full potential remains underutilized. This situation can create limitations in terms of efficiency, operational consistency, and the reliability of data for decision-making.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"52\" data-end=\"303\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"784\">Our mission was clear:<\/strong> assess the maturity of processes across all areas of the supply chain and production, and measure the usage of their SAP ERP in order to identify areas for improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"995\">Two weeks of immersion and analysis:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><br data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"998\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">During the first week, we dove into the heart of operations and the SAP S\/4 ERP system (PP and MM modules) to understand in detail the system\u2019s configuration, master data parameters, and processes related to purchasing and production planning, inventory management, and demand planning.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1403\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The second week focused on identifying improvement opportunities related to processes, technology, and user training.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1405\" data-end=\"1803\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At the end of the diagnostic, we presented a three-year improvement roadmap, including 10 projects and 8 key initiatives (quick wins). The client now has a structured plan to implement solutions, adjust processes, ensure data reliability, and train their teams.
