Fodile Boussahra

MSc, BBA, PMP

A graduate of a baccalauréat in administration des affaires at UQAC and a Master’s in Supply Chain and Project Management from SKEMA Business School, Fodile Boussahra has successfully combined versatility and expertise to build a strong career in the SAP ecosystem. PMP certified, he brings together solid project management skills with a deep understanding of business processes.

Since 2015, Fodile has thrived in dynamic environments, beginning his career as an SAP consultant and project manager at a consulting firm specialized in SAP solutions, where he sharpened his skills in test cycle management and solution deployment projects. He later continued his path at a large consulting firm, leading SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and upgrade projects, while guiding clients through their digital transformation. His adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and team spirit make him a trusted partner for managing complex integration projects.

Passionate about technology, Fodile enjoys combining his generalist background — enriched with knowledge in accounting, finance, logistics, and marketing — with his interest in innovation. He particularly enjoys the diversity of projects, the unique challenge each new mandate brings, and the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of teams.

On a personal note, he enjoys running to recharge and bringing loved ones together around home-cooked meals.

Vice-President, Business Development

Jean-François Brossard

B. Ing.

Jean-François holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montreal. He also has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) as well as a certification in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS.

Jean-François has worked as a consultant for various organizations in operations, implementation, purchasing, and warehousing. These opportunities strongly shaped his career path and introduced him to the world of SAP, leading him to work as an implementation project manager at Créatech for 11 years.

Then came an exploration of the sales field, with his role as Director calling for him to build and validate customer proposals for the implementation and optimization of their ERP platforms. At Beyond Technologies, he quickly joined the sales team in order to meet the needs of companies that had already implemented SAP but required new modules or upgrades.

With an enviable track record, his expertise in consulting and implementation made him the perfect fit for DBC, where he has been a partner since April 2022. Dynamic, flexible, and highly motivated by seeking the most rewarding outcomes, Jean-François’ goal is to maximize benefits for all his clients. Finding optimal business solutions to exceed his clients’ expectations is his absolute favourite part of the job.

His passion and concern for his clients translate into close collaboration, systematic support through each step of the project, and, of course, exceptional results. Not just anyone can become Vice President of Practice Development, which is why Jean-François devotes a great deal of time to continuing education, both to keep up with emerging technological trends and to refine his business strategy expertise.

As for his hobbies? Jean-François is an avid movie buff as well as a huge sports and fitness fan.

Business Analyst, Data Management

Louise Gendron

Louise Gendron’s keen ability to navigate data management stems from her extensive experience working for a leading pharmaceutical company. She has held various positions, including supply chain specialist, accounts payable manager, and cost accountant. This experience is enriched by her APICS certifications, internationally recognized programs designed to confirm the skills of professionals in supply chain management, operations, and production/inventory management.

Having joined DBC in the spring of 2023 as a business analyst, Louise remains interested in processes and data, aiming to maximize ERP systems and minimize Excel manipulations. While this is her favourite part of the job, she also delights in the challenge of learning new features.

Determined to continually optimize system efficiency and eliminate non-value added tasks, Louise specializes in the world of SAP project management, where inventory movements, planning, judicious use of data, and quality reporting are part of her daily routine. Her clients praise her for her analytical skills, attentiveness to their needs, and commitment to suggesting quality improvements, all of which make her a valuable asset to any integration project.

In her spare time, she takes her Australian shepherd for daily walks, rides a road bike, and works out at home. She also loves trying out new recipes.
