Recognized for his personal and team leadership skills, Denis is particularly known for his ability to mobilize project teams by applying a technique based on the following pillars: People, Process, Technology. His goal is to highlight project resources and possible solutions in order to ensure a project’s success, using the absolute best business practices to optimize the entire process.

As Founding president of DBC Conseils and project manager Denis’ goal is to increase the productivity of Quebec companies. In order to achieve this, he strongly encourages his team to undergo continuous training, taking inspiration from the German propensity to complete 100 hours of training per year. Denis firmly believes that a team that stays at the cutting edge of the best leadership practices, software packages, business processes, and human skills contributes greatly to an implementation project’s success.

Denis earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montreal. He is a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM) as well as a SAP-Certified Supply Chain Consultant. He also holds the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.

In his spare time, Denis enjoys practicing any sport that requires two wheels or two skis: mountain biking, road biking, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, ski touring, and fat biking. He also loves to travel with his family, prioritizing two important activities: eating well and drinking well (definitely evident when he organizes the DBC 5@7!).

Jean-François holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montreal. He also has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) as well as a certification in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS.

Jean-François has worked as a consultant for various organizations in operations, implementation, purchasing, and warehousing. These opportunities strongly shaped his career path and introduced him to the world of SAP, leading him to work as an implementation project manager at Créatech for 11 years.

Then came an exploration of the sales field, with his role as Director calling for him to build and validate customer proposals for the implementation and optimization of their ERP platforms. At Beyond Technologies, he quickly joined the sales team in order to meet the needs of companies that had already implemented SAP but required new modules or upgrades.

With an enviable track record, his expertise in consulting and implementation made him the perfect fit for DBC, where he has been a partner since April 2022. Dynamic, flexible, and highly motivated by seeking the most rewarding outcomes, Jean-François’ goal is to maximize benefits for all his clients. Finding optimal business solutions to exceed his clients’ expectations is his absolute favourite part of the job.

His passion and concern for his clients translate into close collaboration, systematic support through each step of the project, and, of course, exceptional results. Not just anyone can become Vice President of Practice Development, which is why Jean-François devotes a great deal of time to continuing education, both to keep up with emerging technological trends and to refine his business strategy expertise.

As for his hobbies? Jean-François is an avid movie buff as well as a huge sports and fitness fan.

After a few pivotal years with a telecommunications giant, during which she helped deploy fibre optic networks in an exponentially growing industry, Manon St-Jacques cemented her passion for project management.

It was love at first sight at the start of her career, as well as an opportunity for her to benefit from a corporate culture that rewards initiative with project assignments for clients all across North America.

This professional journey paved the way for another fifteen years of corporate experience, notably as an IT team manager, but also in roles involving the management of customer portfolios and initiatives to support the company’s strategic goals.

These varied roles have enabled her to secure her place as a consultant for over six years, with mandates in IT service management (ITSM), customer governance, project portfolio management, and SAP deployment in the manufacturing sector.

This is precisely why she was brought on board here at DBC, where, as a member of the Management Committee and Head of the Project Management Practice, she establishes, pilots, and supports teams in SAP solution deployment. It’s a tailor-made mandate for Manon, who says she values a 360-degree vision of a company’s business sectors, where sales, operations, logistics, procurement, and finance all come together.

Boasting a strong work ethic based on collaboration, support, and mutual assistance, Manon is firmly focused on results, capable of handling all kinds of unforeseen events and challenges.

Since graduating from HEC with a Bachelor’s degree in Administration (Finance and Marketing option), she stays informed about various training courses in the field and is always keen to network or discuss best practices with colleagues and clients.

She also holds 3 notable certifications: ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), PMP (Project Management Practice), and Lean Six Sigma (Process and Performance Optimization).

In her spare time, this former top-level competitive swimmer loves to stay active, and discovering new dishes and wines on trips abroad is her greatest passion.

Kremena holds a Master’s degree in Health Care and Service Management. A graduate of the École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal, she completed a certificate in Operations and Logistics Management as well as another in Supervision. But that’s not all; Kremena also has 3 certifications of note: a Prosci Certification in Change Management, a Green Belt Certification, and the SAFe Agilist Certification.

Through a series of positions with a Canadian pharmaceutical manufacturer, Kremena was introduced to the world of project management and became increasingly interested in becoming a generalist. Thanks to these roles, she discovered and explored SAP software, which she considers incredibly useful for manufacturing companies.

Highly regarded for her keen strategic vision, Kremena shines when called upon to plan and organize projects. With an enviably quick and intuitive understanding of processes and issues, she is known to be very generous with her time and fully committed to each of her projects. Dynamic, determined, and reliable, she is never afraid to work under pressure when faced with tight deadlines.

Her specialties? Planning, supply chains, and production in the SAP world. Fascinated by the added value afforded to companies through her projects, she does not hesitate to improve her skills through reading, online courses, and teleconferences. What fuels her work? Closely collaborating with professionals from all walks of life who share common interests as well as offering her knowledge and insights to others.

Her hobbies include knitting, drawing, painting, and crafts. She also loves to whip up delicious baklava and tasty Bulgarian dishes.

A committed, analytical, and results-driven professional, Philippe stands out for his ability to thrive in complex environments, mobilize teams, and deliver tangible business solutions. Recognized for his leadership, versatility, and strong interpersonal skills, he combines operational rigor with strategic vision in his engagements.

Philippe is currently involved in SAP implementation projects, where he contributes across both management and execution. His role as an SAP Project Director is grounded in hands-on experience, having performed virtually every role within an SAP implementation. In this capacity, he oversees team coordination, activity planning, schedule adherence, and deliverable quality, while supporting stakeholders through organizational transformation initiatives.

He began his career in the aviation industry within a large organization, where he experienced rapid progression to a departmental team lead position. He supervised operations for more than 100 employees, contributed to departmental management and development, participated in sales and training activities, and acted as an individual coach. This experience enabled him to build strong leadership, team management, and adaptability skills within demanding operational environments.

He later transitioned into the marketing department of the same organization, quickly advancing to a specialist role. He distinguished himself through the management of projects related to sales, business development, operations, and customer experience, working closely with multiple departments. His contributions directly supported improved profitability, increased sales, and cost reductions.

After several years in the aviation sector, Philippe became an independent consultant, contributing to business development mandates across a variety of industries, including aviation, event management, retail, and industrial plant design.

In 2021, he joined DBC, driven by the desire to leverage his multidisciplinary experience to help clients integrate business solutions, particularly through SAP implementation projects.

Philippe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa.

Outside of his professional work, Philippe is an avid sports enthusiast and a competitive individual at heart. He plays soccer, hockey, and golf, and balances this active lifestyle with an appreciation for fine food and culinary experiences.

Marjorie Philippon brings a versatile, multi-disciplinary skill set to her role, ranging from functional consulting and project auditing to project management and pre-sales in the SAP world. With 17 years of experience, she’s worked as a supply chain consultant, manager, logistics business line manager, and S/4HANA conversion manager. Notably, she also held two management positions simultaneously for four years, overseeing a team of 30 people.

Driven by a strong desire to understand the full scope of your challenges, Marjorie is committed to delivering solutions that perfectly suit your unique needs. Her curiosity fuels her, not only about your industry and goals, but also about the people she collaborates with, from colleagues to customer partners.

Marjorie’s contributions are defined by a rigorous approach, high-quality deliverables, and a keen ability to initiate and lead transformative projects. Her academic background, which includes a higher diploma in Technology and Management (TEMA) in France, motivates her to stay current with industry trends, often through specialized blogs on SAP, corporate policy, and personal development. She also holds four different certifications in the latest developments at SAP: SAP S/4HANA MOVE, Go-Live Experience for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Implementation Expert, S/4 Public Solution Experts for Partner Acceleration, and Data Migration to SAP S/4HANA.

Outside of work, Marjorie is a passionate foodie who loves discovering new cuisines both locally and while traveling abroad. Speaking of travel, she’s also quite the globetrotter! France holds a special place in heart, and she visits the country every year. To keep active, she enjoys running and functional training at a friendly club where community and wellness go hand in hand. At home, she likes to unwind with a bottle of wine and a good meal alongside her cat and some friends.

Boasting a solid track record in SAP solutions for leading companies and a wealth of experience acquired over more than 20 years, Marc Laberge joined DBC in 2024, taking on the roles of functional lead and solutions architect. These roles are tailor-made for Marc, benefitting from his history in production planning (PP), material requirements planning (MRP), advanced planning (APO, PP-DS, Advanced Planning), sales & operations planning (IBP – S&OP), and configurable products (VC).

Marc earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the École des hautes études commerciales de Montréal (HEC). He has also continued his training through a number of SAP courses based on his areas of expertise.

After completing his Master’s degree as a SAP Functional Analyst in Production Planning in Victoriaville, he was entrusted with the responsibility of PP support for a 250-employee plant. After more than a year in this role, Marc decided to join the world of SAP consulting, a decisive step in his career. He chose to join a young, dynamic company with a human dimension, the type of environment he would favour throughout his career.

Over the next 20 years, Marc held successive positions as a SAP functional consultant, team manager, and SAP solutions architect, where his positive attitude, attentiveness, and humility were always appreciated.

Whenever he’s involved in a project, Marc thrives on analyzing every aspect of his clients’ needs in detail. This deep insight allows him to develop pragmatic solutions to optimize a company’s processes. Thanks to his wide-ranging knowledge, he excels at solving complex situations requiring the integration of several SAP modules to create cohesive solutions.

Though this analytical approach and clear passion for designing effective solutions make him a key player in integration projects, his working days are filled with fun and camaraderie. Marc is also enthusiastic about teamwork and close collaboration, taking the time to share the knowledge he has acquired throughout his career, to guide and train younger colleagues and clients alike.

Marc says he is privileged to work in such a fast-paced environment as DBC, and that his dedication to a job well done reflects his new employer’s mission and commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.

Hard-working, creative, and thoughtful, Roséanne began her project management career in a large Quebec company, where she first gained experience with SAP software, focusing mainly on the PP (Production Planning) and MM (Material Management) modules.

With a strong dedication to specializing in the various modules of software implementation, Roséanne is constantly refining her skills as a generalist in technical matters while also developing her project management talents. She remains at the cutting edge of new trends by taking various complementary training courses, reading scientific articles, and participating in coaching sessions. She is also currently leading a major internal project with the goal of structuring DBC’s training programs.

Her commitment to efficiency, her motivation to help companies achieve their goals by improving their business processes with a software package, and her ability to bring a team together make her an outstanding leader in solution integration projects.

As a graduate of Polytechnique Montréal with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Roséanne spent much of her university career actively involved in volunteer work, having begun her academic journey by participating in two different social committees.

Her social involvement introduced her to her first experience in project management. She then continued her training by joining several committees: Poly-Elles – Leadership for Her, CEGCh (le comité étudiant de génie chimique / Chemical Engineering Student Committee), the Canadian Chemical Engineering Conference, Polybroue, and Promo 143, 144, and 145. These experiences inspired her to take a host of project management courses and launch a fruitful career in the field.

In her spare time, Roséanne loves exploring visual media, which fuels her artistic side and creative spirit. She has a soft spot for all sorts of playful activities that give her a sense of escape and inspiration.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal along with five years of experience at the university as a mechanical systems modeling coach, Amaryllis was exposed rather early to project methodology and resource management.

Thanks to her time as a technical drafter for a pioneering company focused on the design of heavy machinery, Amaryllis gained valuable experience and built the foundation for her keen understanding of milestones.

She soon became determined to develop her expertise in SAP project management, making the leap to DBC in the fall of 2021 as a business analyst.

Distinguished by her excellent time and priority management skills, Amaryllis boasts a penchant for exploration and problem solving. This interest is fueled by her training in Master Data as well as by literature and her own personal experiences.

Independent, curious, and a strong self-learner, Amaryllis values the equitable distribution of resources among departments, making her a key figure in integration projects.

Never satisfied with her achievements, Amaryllis is always ready to seek advice from business coaches, participate in discussions with her network, and stay updated on industry trends.

As a team builder, she regularly coordinates bonding activities and takes great care in cultivating her network of friends to explore great new places over a bite or a drink.

A gardener in her spare time, she welcomes projects that draw on her creativity and manual skills, such as giving a second life to all sorts of objects. As an avid outdoors enthusiast, she is always up for a hike.

Damia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations Management from the École des sciences de la gestion de l’UQAM. She also holds a certificate in Business Analytics from HEC Montréal.

She first served as a client follow-up and commercial management coordinator within the finance division for a global player in the engineering and consulting industry. This experience shaped her skills in verifying project profitability, monitoring specific performance indicators, and creating various reports. Inspired by her contribution to the implementation of an ERP, she decided to devote herself to the subject for a year.

She soon became an analyst for a professional firm specializing in the integration of SAP solutions, where she worked on implementation projects for clients in the retail sector. This unique experience afforded her the opportunity to broaden her knowledge of Master Data, allowing her to give workshops and training on the subject with an emphasis on best practices. She also has accounts payable experience, having spent 3 years focusing on electronic data interchange (EDI) while acting in parallel as a materials management (MM) consultant. Driven by a desire to dive deeper into production while maximizing its impact, she has served as a functional analyst on the DBC team since 2021.

Dedicated to optimizing her clients’ daily activities through the implementation of consistent quality data, Damia strongly values close collaboration with her clientele in an effort to achieve any and all goals. The same goes for the translation of business processes into IT processes. In order to stay at the cutting edge of the most important developments in the SAP world, Damia keeps her curiosity alive through reading and research.

As enthusiastic as she is organized, she maintains a keen and steady eye for detail to ensure that nothing has been overlooked. This might just be her defining trait; with Damia, you can always expect her to conduct a thorough analysis as she deftly juggles data conversion and governance along with system interfaces.

Damia loves exploring the great outdoors through hiking and camping. She also enjoys team sports and spending time with loved ones.

An engineer by training with a passion for running, cooking, and surfing, Félix embarked on a 5-month student exchange to Mexico during his university studies. It was not only an opportunity to add an international dimension to his Bachelor’s degree, but also to satisfy his passion for travel and open himself up to the world.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montreal, he held various roles during his studies that demonstrated his organizational talents and strong interpersonal skills. He was named logistic delegate for the international Poly-Monde initiative, where he was in charge of coordinating a trip for 24 people on the west coast of North America.

Creative and sociable, it comes as no surprise that he warmly welcomes new student cohorts and lends his talents to the Industrial Engineering Student Council as vice president of marketing. During his earliest work experience at the most cutting-edge truck plant in Canada, he was given the responsibility of supervising 2 teams of 15 people assigned to production. While the inherent challenges tied to this role were multiplied by COVID-related production issues, Félix successfully overcame these obstacles through the implementation of continuous improvement techniques.

A natural problem-solver, Félix is incredibly resourceful and enjoys evolving through action. In order to keep his professional expertise up to date, Félix is a sharp self-learner and draws inspiration from discussions with colleagues, with whom he happily shares knowledge.

For this long-distance runner, a healthy and active lifestyle fueled by physical and mental training is key. His discipline and dedication have proved invaluable in both his private life and his career!

Louise Gendron’s keen ability to navigate data management stems from her extensive experience working for a leading pharmaceutical company. She has held various positions, including supply chain specialist, accounts payable manager, and cost accountant. This experience is enriched by her APICS certifications, internationally recognized programs designed to confirm the skills of professionals in supply chain management, operations, and production/inventory management.

Having joined DBC in the spring of 2023 as a business analyst, Louise remains interested in processes and data, aiming to maximize ERP systems and minimize Excel manipulations. While this is her favourite part of the job, she also delights in the challenge of learning new features.

Determined to continually optimize system efficiency and eliminate non-value added tasks, Louise specializes in the world of SAP project management, where inventory movements, planning, judicious use of data, and quality reporting are part of her daily routine. Her clients praise her for her analytical skills, attentiveness to their needs, and commitment to suggesting quality improvements, all of which make her a valuable asset to any integration project.

In her spare time, she takes her Australian shepherd for daily walks, rides a road bike, and works out at home. She also loves trying out new recipes.

Between his personal projects, studies, and participation in numerous school competitions, Alexandre Faucher never stands still!

Proud holder of a Bachelor’s degree in administration with a profile in business technology, his academic excellence has been rewarded with the Honors Path from the same university.

Here at DBC, he holds the position of business analyst and is currently completing his Master’s degree in information technology at UQAM’s École des sciences de la gestion. Bored by routine and gifted with a natural curiosity, he delights in the fact that no two days are alike, with one challenge following another. In fact, it’s his favourite part of the job.

His clients praise him for his goal-oriented approach and keen eye for detail, not to mention his knack for adapting to even the most complex situations.

With a penchant for communication and the sharing of ideas, Alexandre is passionate about making genuine human connections. This is what led him straight into the restaurant business, where he worked as a waiter and mixologist until the industry was struck hard by the pandemic, prompting him to take over the management of independent cafés across Greater Montreal.

A sure sign of his managerial talents, he was then entrusted with the coordination of competitions for Patinage Québec, where he honed his event-planning skills and developed strong team-building techniques.

A self-confessed gastronomy buff, Alexandre cultivates his passions with care and diligence. A former figure skating athlete, he still loves to lace up his skates in addition to enjoying many other indoor and outdoor training activities. To unwind, he enjoys playing all kinds of video games.

Driven by new challenges and an infectious enthusiasm that serve him well in his new role at DBC, Mathias is committed to delivering higher profits and increased business productivity. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal in order to fully master supply chain management and learn how to optimize it from A to Z.

During his academic career, rather than opt for the ease of a student exchange in a French- or English-speaking country, he decided to settle in Puebla, Mexico, where he studied mathematical optimization and business administration in Spanish. This experience afforded him a broader perspective on the fields of engineering and international business, while also satisfying his interest in traveling and exploring new cultures.

He took part in a range of projects for a leader in packaging products and composite papers, working on redesigning workstations, reorganizing a warehouse, and optimizing production line resources. He then managed a large-scale project to integrate new functionalities into the information system of an electricity trading company.

As part of the PolyFinances committee, he manages an investment fund of over $80,000 along with two students from his cohort. His peers have designated him as an investment advisor, a crucial role and an opportunity to take part in the committee’s 2023 mission to Tokyo, Japan.

Here at DBC, he specializes in the procurement side of logistics management, where he continues to hone his expertise.

A tireless worker, he enjoys escaping to the gym throughout the week or using his lunch hour to play basketball on the roof of fabrik8.

Having worked on engineering projects that integrate many disciplines alongside professionals with diverse skills, Nicolas is determined to deliver optimal solutions that satisfy everyone’s needs and constraints.

A proud graduate of Polytechnique Montréal with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nicolas’ management skills were developed during his time as an exchange student in Lisbon, Portugal. Nicolas has made many contributions throughout his trajectory, ranging from his involvement with the Engineering Games Committee to his role as a student ambassador, supporting past and future cohorts and helping to promote the university.

He began his career working with a world leader in the medical sector, where he juggled the many facets of production processes, including assembly line analysis, health and safety risk assessment, project management, computer vision software programming, and mechanical design.

Driven by the desire to solve complex and varied problems, he makes the most of his talent by working as a consultant. Nicolas also enjoys building strong relationships with his clients, who consider him to be conscientious and reasoned. To stay ahead of the curve and satisfy his curiosity, he keeps himself up to date with current affairs and renowned publications such as the Harvard Business Review.

In his spare time, Nicolas loves spending time in the kitchen, cooking anything and everything, including pastries. He also enjoys reading and training.

Agile, autonomous, and highly motivated, Samuel Darveau is known for his keen sense of priority management, a valuable asset for anyone wishing to work with him.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, Samuel is passionate about human relations. During his university career, he held a succession of positions, most notably with the STM, where he was responsible for moving SAP objects into production on a major project.

In 2022, a leader in the design and manufacture of high-end heavy-duty trucks entrusted him with the role of materials coordinator, where he managed a team of material handlers and warehouse personnel. Samuel’s impressive experience and versatility were put to good use in managing a production line layout and optimization project.

While his hunger for learning is satisfied through reading, training, and professional networking, Samuel’s talents as a cheerful collaborator and strong team player are best expressed in action.

An avid sports fan, he spends his free time enjoying outdoor activities that keep him energized. He also loves good food and board game evenings. But the perfect weekend, according to Samuel, is one filled with summer water sports.

Driven by a passion for discovery, information technology, and software, Sophie Harvey is known for her insatiable and sincere curiosity. Her varied interests and eagerness to learn have helped her build up nearly twenty years of professional experience in a range of fields, including teaching, office automation, accounting, UX authoring, procurement, and SAP implementation.

Recruited by DBC for her expertise in data conversion, Sophie’s academic and professional background reflects her versatility: she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Université Laval and a Certificate in Translation from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.

After becoming increasingly aware of how much data analysis was involved in her previous jobs, a decisive meeting with a trainer convinced her to specialize in master data management. Sophie saw this as the ideal field for expressing her discipline, creativity, and analytical skills, and it’s a choice she’s never regretted.

Always striving to improve, Sophie constantly enriches her skills through various courses, including a workshop in MDM (Master Data Management), as well as training in coaching, SQL (Structured Query Language), and Super User PTP. She also earned her Google Data Analytics certification in January 2024.

Dynamic, enthusiastic, and gifted, Sophie thrives in project-based work environments, where everyone’s contribution is essential to achieving common results.

Outside of work, she maintains an active professional network to share ideas and sharpen her skills. With a real passion for her field, she takes care to stay current with the latest trends through an abundance of reading material covering both her own industry and related topics.

A self-avowed geek, Sophie is a big fan of movies, video games, and board games. She also loves animals, hiking, and watching soccer .

Reliable and multitalented, William thrives on daily challenges, imbuing each of his weeks with a singular focus.

He graduated with honours from Concordia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, where he was actively involved in simulation competitions in both engineering and business.

As a production engineer at a renowned HVAC design company, he streamlined the assembly line by standardizing work methods. William was also instrumental in the implementation of a new machine, training employees in new tasks, and designing a dedicated area to accommodate the materials produced by the machine. He then undertook an internship with a world-renowned agri-food giant, where he led a number of customer solutions logistics improvement projects. He then held the position of coordinator in charge of revising delivery times across Canada using SAP software.

A skilled communicator, William embraces lifelong learning as a way of enriching his skills and affirming his career choice. To stay on top of trends in project management, he spends much of his time reading articles and blogs, as well as listening to podcasts.

His interests include road biking, indoor training and swimming, not to mention his passion for American football, which he played during his studies. But what William loves most of all is discovering new cultures through their culinary traditions.

Mahmoud holds a passion for solving complex problems and optimizing processes. He takes great pride in anticipating his customers’ needs to deliver SAP solutions tailored to their business objectives.

What brings him the most satisfaction is contributing to companies’ successes, through a real understanding of the impact software has on users and by seeking to simplify and improve their day-to-day experience.

A graduate in Supply Chain Management from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business, one of the most prestigious in Canada, Mahmoud is also SAP S/4HANA Sales 1909 and SAP S/4HANA EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) certified.

His career path is marked by a series of varied experiences that have honed his management skills, sense of priorities, and ability to see the big picture. Recognized for his enthusiasm, ambition, and ability to keep his cool in crisis situations, Mahmoud sets himself apart through his rigour, flexibility, entrepreneurial spirit, and SAP expertise.

Lucia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, with a specialization in Supply Chain Management, from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business, and was a member of the Institut d’enseignement coopératif (Coop), where theory and practical on-the-job experience go hand in hand. During this period, she also completed a minor in International Business.

She now holds 2 professional certifications: SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, and Fundamentals of Predictive Project Management from PMI.

In addition to successive ERP implementations, hands-on training, and expert advice to her customers, Lucia has a wealth of experience in SAP solutions, notably in warehouse management (EWM), transport management (TM), and inventory management (IM). She supports her customers throughout their projects, from initial configuration to final system deployment.

In her spare time, Lucia enjoys exploring her artistry through painting, drawing, and dancing. Passionate about interior design, she loves to rethink her home to create an environment that is as beautiful as it is inviting. To keep active and on the move, she’s an avid hiker.

PMP certified, he brings together solid project management skills with a deep understanding of business processes.

Since 2015, Fodile has thrived in dynamic environments, beginning his career as an SAP consultant and project manager at a consulting firm specialized in SAP solutions, where he sharpened his skills in test cycle management and solution deployment projects. He later continued his path at a large consulting firm, leading SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and upgrade projects, while guiding clients through their digital transformation. His adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and team spirit make him a trusted partner for managing complex integration projects.

Passionate about technology, Fodile enjoys combining his generalist background — enriched with knowledge in accounting, finance, logistics, and marketing — with his interest in innovation. He particularly enjoys the diversity of projects, the unique challenge each new mandate brings, and the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of teams.

On a personal note, he enjoys running to recharge and bringing loved ones together around home-cooked meals.

Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Business Technologies at ESG-UQAM, Joel began his career in the banking sector, where he held management and team coaching roles. There, he developed strong interpersonal skills and a sharp sense of leadership, which he now applies in the SAP world.

At the end of his studies, he made the leap into consulting, taking part in several implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects. These experiences allowed him to build solid, hands-on expertise across various industries and to join DBC with a comprehensive understanding of client challenges.

Today, he specializes in SAP project management related to logistics modules, particularly MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning). He is involved in all project phases—from requirements gathering to go-live—ensuring coordination, governance, and communication among stakeholders.

Known for his curiosity, resourcefulness, and perseverance, he particularly enjoys the diversity of mandates and the richness of client contexts, which allow him to break routine and continuously grow.

On a personal level, he enjoys staying physically active—whether running, training, or playing team sports—while making time for meaningful moments with his loved ones.

Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Positivo University in Curitiba, Brazil, Rodrigo has over 17 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem. He is a SAP Certified Associate – Back-End Developer – ABAP Cloud and has strong expertise in technical design and leadership.

His career began at Accenture in 2008, where he took his first steps into the SAP world as an intern. Thanks to his rigor and technical curiosity, he quickly stood out and rose through the ranks to take on roles with increasing responsibility. After seven rewarding years, he decided to continue his career in Canada, where he now leverages his experience to contribute to large-scale projects.

Rodrigo specializes in leading technical teams and designing architectures for custom SAP applications and tailor-made extensions. Driven by a constant curiosity to understand how systems are built and interconnected, he excels in analyzing, designing, and optimizing complex technical solutions.

Known for his composure under pressure, his deep understanding of the SAP system, and his ability to resolve issues quickly, he plays a key role in the success of integration projects. What he enjoys most about his work: supporting his team, finding practical solutions, and turning technical challenges into opportunities for improvement.

Outside of work, Rodrigo nurtures an active and curious mindset: he enjoys working out, cycling, go-kart racing, PC gaming, attending music festivals, and above all, spending time with his loved ones.

Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering in Colombia, Juan is currently pursuing a master’s degree in management at ÉTS Montréal, with a specialization in innovation management. His academic background, combined with his SAP certifications in ABAP development and Application Lifecycle Management, enables him to operate confidently within complex technological environments.

He began his career as a business analyst for the procurement (MM) module in an SAP implementation project at Bancolombia. He quickly stood out for his ability to document requirements, monitor testing campaigns, and support solution deployment. His expertise and commitment led him to take on a technical lead role, where he oversaw the update and continuous improvement of the SAP system.

Today, he specializes in test management and data conversion, two key pillars for successful implementation projects. He supports organizations in defining their testing and migration strategies, ensuring that the implemented solutions meet expectations and integrate seamlessly within client environments.

Recognized for his strong organizational skills, collaborative spirit, and enthusiasm for technological challenges, Juan particularly enjoys acting as a facilitator among a project’s various stakeholders. What drives him is listening to challenges, identifying possible courses of action, and actively contributing to the implementation of sustainable solutions.

On a personal level, Juan nurtures his passion for aviation by engaging in flight simulators and pursuing pilot training, proof of his determination and love of continuous learning.
