What you’ll accomplish with us

As an SAP FI-CO Functional Consultant, you’ll be much more than just a consultant — you’ll be the strategic mind behind our clients’ SAP success.

In practical terms, you will:

• Analyze client operations to identify what’s holding back performance — and propose the strategy that unlocks it all.

• Lead dynamic, hands-on workshops where real needs emerge, and where you build a unifying roadmap.

• Determine what SAP already offers, what needs to be adapted, and how everything can work together — without unnecessary complexity.

• Design, configure, and test SAP FI-CO to deliver a robust, well-thought-out solution that’s aligned with real-world needs.

• Align SAP FI-CO capabilities with client expectations, bridging gaps with precision.

• Write clear technical-functional specifications that accurately translate business expectations into technical actions.

• Test thoroughly — configuration, custom developments, security, data conversion: every step is under control.

• Guide the client through every key phase: test scenarios, security matrix, training materials — every detail is planned.

• Support execution, correct, adjust — because a successful implementation means being there when it really matters.

• Train, empower, and elevate — you are the SAP reference for super-users and help them become autonomous and confident.

• Participate in the cutover plan and ensure a smooth transition to the new solution.

• Provide strong post-go-live support so the client knows you’re still there, even after go-live.

Profile sought

You’re a master of SAP FI-CO, you enjoy hands-on projects, and you know how to guide clients with clarity and impact? Here’s what you need to join us:

• Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent.

• 5 years of SAP project experience, including 3 full cycles, with at least 2 as FI-CO lead.

• FI-CO expert: strong experience in design, configuration, and deployment.

• Deep knowledge of financial processes and their integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.

• Understanding of asset management, collections, and S/4HANA analytical capabilities (CDS) — a definite plus.

• Strong grasp of business processes such as AP/AR, period closing, financial statements, cost accounting, and profitability analysis.

• Experience designing and configuring these processes in SAP and integrating them with other modules.

• Proficient in S/4HANA and Fiori — you speak our language.

• Consulting background: you’re used to working across multiple client environments.

• Available for occasional travel (hybrid model tailored to field realities).

• Comfortable with complexity and adaptable across industries.

• Bilingual FR/EN, confident in both client workshops and written deliverables.

• Structured, meticulous, and able to manage several projects at once.

• Curious, autonomous, with a sharp critical mind and a strong desire to learn.

• Creative, able to take a step back and offer smart solutions.

• Always staying current with SAP — you love keeping up to date.
