What you’ll accomplish with us

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performing, scalable ABAP solutions. 

• Participate in functional analysis and propose solid technical solutions grounded in the client’s reality. 

• Coach and develop junior and intermediate developers, because expertise is meant to be passed on. 

• Contribute to S/4HANA projects by leveraging CDS Views, OData, Fiori, and RAP. 

• Optimize the performance of programs and data models. 

• Hold the bar high on code quality, best practices, and SAP standards. 

• Collaborate closely with functional teams, architects, and clients. 

• Participate in code reviews, estimations, and deliverable planning. 

• Document solutions rigorously and support testing and deployment phases, from the first line of code to go-live. 

What We’re Looking For

You know ABAP inside and out, you thrive on complex technical challenges, and you can translate the essentials for clients and colleagues alike? Here’s what it takes to join us. 

• 10 to 15 years of ABAP development experience in varied and demanding SAP environments. 

• Solid expertise in object-oriented and procedural ABAP, with a strong command of data structures, debugging, and performance optimization. 

• Comfortable with the SAP Data Dictionary, effective data model design, and SQL access optimization. 

• Hands-on experience with CDS Views, annotations, hierarchies, and analytical models. 

• Good knowledge of the RAP model (BDEF, business logic, transactional handling, OData). 

• Experience creating and exposing OData services (v2/v4) and familiarity with RESTful APIs. 

• Familiar with Fiori principles, the Launchpad, and backend/frontend integration, and comfortable collaborating with UX/UI teams. 

• Master of BAdIs, user exits, enhancements, and S/4HANA extensibility mechanisms. 

• A consulting background: you know how to juggle multiple client environments simultaneously. 

• SAP Certified Development Associate – ABAP with SAP NetWeaver, or recognized equivalent. 

• SAP Certified Development Specialist – ABAP for SAP HANA, strongly recommended. 

• SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Fiori Application Developer, a valued asset. 

• Any certification related to S/4HANA or RAP is a plus that won’t go unnoticed. 

• Bilingual FR/EN, as comfortable in a code review as in a client presentation. 

• Autonomous, rigorous, with a sharp analytical mind and the ability to break down complex technical issues. 

• Curious about SAP developments, always keeping an eye on what’s coming next.
