Joël Grégoire

Vice-President, Services With 20 years of experience in consulting and SAP implementation, Joël has an excellent grasp of the challenges and business needs of companies in the manufacturing, distribution, and retail sectors. His in-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, industry best practices, and market trends allows him to quickly gain the confidence of those he works with. As a trusted advisor, he guides his clients in achieving their business objectives by helping them define roadmaps and deploy value-added technology solutions.
Joël earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration along with a specialization in Integrated Business Solutions (ERP) from the Information Technology program at the École des hautes études commerciales de Montréal (HEC). He obtained his first SAP Business Integration certification through the SAP University Alliances program. Joël also holds a SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) certification and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Hired right out of school as a procurement analyst for a major distribution center in the cosmetics industry, Joël was quickly promoted to logistics planner, leveraging SAP’s logistics modules to support the company’s operations. Shortly thereafter, he made the leap into the consulting industry and joined one of Montreal’s leading SAP firms, where he held various roles for more than 17 years.
After carrying out more than twenty projects as a functional SAP logistics consultant and SAP project manager, Joël was entrusted with managing a team of SAP solution architects. A skilled communicator and genuine leader, he served as an account manager and strategic advisor for the firm’s clients. Through long-standing partnerships with his clients, he became adept at designing solutions aligned with their business objectives, preparing customized proposals, and playing a leading role in these proposals’ governance and implementation.
In 2022, Joël joined his two former colleagues and collaborators Denis Boucher and Jean-François Brossard as a partner at DBC, where he serves as Vice President of Services.
In his spare time, Joël enjoys downhill skiing, mountain biking, and running. He also participates in his mountain’s competitive Alpine skiing club.
