What you will accomplish with us

As an SAP PP Functional Consultant, you’ll be far more than just a consultant: you’ll be the strategic mind behind our clients’ SAP solutions.

Specifically, you will be expected to:

• Analyze client operations to identify what’s holding back performance — and propose the strategy that unlocks it all.

• Lead dynamic, hands-on workshops where real needs emerge and where you lay out a unifying roadmap.

• Determine what SAP already offers, what needs to be adapted, and how it all fits together — without unnecessary complexity.

• Design, configure, and test SAP PP to deliver a robust, well-thought-out solution that truly matches field needs.

• Align SAP PP capabilities with client expectations, bridging the gaps accurately.

• Draft clear functional and technical specifications that translate business needs into technical actions.

• Test without compromise — configuration, custom developments, security, data conversion: each step is under control.

• Guide the client through every key phase — test scenarios, security matrix, training materials, every detail is accounted for.

• Support execution, troubleshoot, adjust — because effective implementation also means being present when it really matters.

• Train, transfer knowledge, help others grow — you’re the SAP expert for power users, helping them become autonomous and confident.

• Participate in cutover planning and ensure a smooth transition to the new solution.

• Provide strong post-go-live support, so the client knows you’re still there, even after go-live.

Profile sought

You master SAP PP, enjoy hands-on projects, and know how to support clients with clarity and impact? Here’s what it takes to join us:

• Degree in logistics, operations management, engineering, IT, finance or equivalent

• 5 years of SAP project experience, including 3 full project cycles, with at least 2 as MM lead.

• PP Maestro: strong experience in design, configuration, and deployment

• Understanding of SAP cost structures is a real asset

• Comfortable with VC, QM, and EWM modules — a valued plus

• Solid understanding of business processes related to production planning, including demand management, material requirements planning (MRP), capacity planning, and detailed scheduling

• Thorough knowledge of PP Discrete, Repetitive, and Process manufacturing variants

• Knowledge of S&OP and the IBP solution is highly regarded

• Experience with multiple manufacturing types is a strong advantage

• Fluent in S/4HANA and Fiori — you speak our language

• Background in consulting — you know how to navigate multiple client environments

• Available for occasional travel (hybrid mode, adapted to field realities)

• Comfortable with complexity, adaptable to different industries

• Bilingual FR/EN, confident in both client workshops and written deliverables

• Structured, rigorous, and capable of managing multiple mandates simultaneously

• Curious, autonomous, with critical thinking and a thirst for learning

• Creative, able to step back and propose smart solutions

• Always up to date with the latest SAP developments — you like staying current
