Supply Chain Improvement Expert

The Supply Chain Improvement Expert works closely with the Business Analyst team and the customer to deliver customized solutions. With their knowledge of processes and tools, they have a clear understanding of supply chain challenges and play a pivotal role in supply chain optimization.They say the supply chain expert knows absolutely everything... or almost!

Responsibilities

• Optimize supply chain processes based on MRP, APS, and MES expertise;
• Master MRP parameters to influence supply chain operations;
• Identify data-driven improvement opportunities;
• Keep up to date with industry trends;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate new ideas and innovative solutions;
• Deliver results with autonomy and attention to detail;
• Conduct effective follow-up meetings with stakeholders;
• Mentor colleagues and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or industrial engineering, with APICS CPIM certification an asset ;
• 10 to 15 years of supply chain experience;
• Experience in consulting with ERP solutions;
• Bilingual (French and English ) ;
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools;
• Self-starter with leadership skills;
• Knowledge of ERP/APS and MES systems, SAP PP-MM module (including purchasing).
