The Supply Chain Improvement Expert works closely with the Business Analyst team and the customer to deliver customized solutions. With their knowledge of processes and tools, they have a clear understanding of supply chain challenges and play a pivotal role in supply chain optimization.

In concrete terms, you will be expected to:

• Optimize supply chain processes using expertise in MRP, APS, and MES.
• Master MRP parameters to influence supply chain operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
• Stay up to date with industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate new ideas and innovative solutions.
• Deliver results with autonomy and attention to detail.
• Lead effective follow-up meetings with stakeholders.
• Mentor colleagues and maintain documentation.

Profile Sought

Do you excel in supply chain improvement, enjoy hands-on projects, and know how to support clients with impact and clarity? Here’s what it takes to join us:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Industrial Engineering; APICS CPIM certification is a plus.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Consulting experience with ERP solutions.
• Knowledge of ERP, APS, and MES systems, especially SAP PP-MM modules (including procurement).
• Strong skills in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Bilingual in French and English – comfortable in both client workshops and written deliverables.
• Structured, rigorous, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Curious, autonomous, with a sharp critical mind and a thirst for learning.
• Creative, able to take a step back and propose smart solutions.
• Always on the lookout for SAP innovations — you enjoy staying up to date.
