Team Leader
The Team Leader is always at the heart of the action! He is involved in the planning, supervision and control of their team's activities: testing, functional development, data conversion, or solution deployment. This role also builds a network of contacts to support problem-solving and team performance. In addition to being tasked with stimulating responsibilities, the Team Leader deepens his or her knowledge of every aspect of SAP implementation projects.The Team Leader must demonstrate rigor, organization, and ingenuity to ensure that the team meets quality objectives within the required deadlines.
Responsabilities
- Set priorities, plans, and schedules for the team;
- Monitor objectives and milestones;
- Lead, motivate, and mobilize the team;
- Analyze team members’ workloads and adjust involvement as needed;
- Report on team progress to PMO members and to the team itself;
- Collaborate with other teams to maintain alignment;
- Manage approval of team deliverables;
- Identifier et suivre les risques, supporter les mitigations et solutions ;
- S’assurer que les enjeux sont résolus de manière appropriée ;
- Act as a point of contact for team members to resolve any issues during activities;
- Collect lessons learned and share with PMO members;
- Work in collaboration with other project teams.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in ERP deployment projects;
- Leadership skills;
- Relevant university degree or equivalent;
- Fluency in French and English (verbal and written), Microsoft office software packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) and project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday, Microsoft Project, others) is required.
