What you will accomplish with us
The project manager is responsible for the success of the project. Their role is essential in planning, execution, and the achievement of objectives across all sub-teams of the project. With their global vision, the manager receives, filters, and uses information from all project stakeholders to make the necessary decisions. This role involves managing objectives, time, budget, and people. As a project manager, you are the go-to person for project activities!
Specifically, you will be expected to:
Lead an SAP deployment project from design and planning through to execution.
Establish clear and achievable objectives.
Manage the scope, budget, and project timeline.
Lead, motivate, and mobilize the project team.
Analyze the workload of team members and adjust involvement as needed.
Support the gathering of requirements and documentation of business processes.
Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients; keep stakeholders informed about progress and issues to help manage expectations regarding project requirements and deliverables.
Ensure the change management plan is in place and executed.
Report on project progress to the steering committee and the project team.
Ensure risks are identified and that action plans are defined.
Ensure project issues are resolved appropriately.
Act as the main point of contact for the project team to resolve any problems during project execution.
Ensure the project meets client expectations in terms of benefits.
Gather lessons learned and adjust planning and execution accordingly.
Ensure the quality control process is carried out and obtain approval of project deliverables.
Collaborate with external firms.

You master SAP project management, enjoy concrete projects, and know how to guide clients with impact and clarity? Here’s what it takes to join us:
A relevant university degree or equivalent (e.g., PMP).
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as an ERP project manager.
Proven leadership skills.
Bilingual FR/EN – comfortable in both client workshops and written deliverables.
Structured, rigorous, and able to manage several mandates at once.
Curious, autonomous, with sharp critical thinking and a thirst for learning.
Creative, able to take a step back and propose smart solutions.
Always up to date with SAP developments — you like to stay current.
