What you will accomplish with us

As an SAP Project Manager, you’ll be far more than just a project lead: you’ll be the sherpa who charts the path, carries the vision, and takes the team all the way to the summit.

• Lead an SAP project end to end — from design and planning all the way through to execution.

• Lay down solid foundations: clear, realistic objectives that stay true to real business priorities.

• Keep the course on scope, budget, and timeline — while staying grounded in field realities.

• Motivate, guide, and elevate your project team — because a great project is always a collective effort.

• Balance workloads and adjust team involvement to keep things steady, even when everything moves fast.

• Support requirements gathering and document business processes with clarity.

• Build strong trust with stakeholders — internal and external — keeping everyone aligned on progress and expected deliverables.

• Ensure the change management plan is in place and properly executed.

• Report regularly to the steering committee while keeping your team fully informed and engaged.

• Anticipate risks, plan solid contingencies, and step in fast when roadblocks appear.

• Be the go-to person for any issue that could slow down execution.

• Make sure results are tangible, visible, and fully aligned with client expectations.

• Leverage lessons learned from each project to refine planning and strengthen future execution.

• Oversee quality control at every stage and validate final deliverables with stakeholders.

Profile sought

You master SAP project management, thrive on concrete, impactful projects, and know how to support clients with clarity and impact? Here’s what it takes to join us:

• • A relevant university degree or equivalent (e.g., PMP).

  • 7 to 10 years of ERP project management experience.

  • Proven leadership: you know how to mobilize, decide, and keep things moving forward.

  • Background in consulting: you know how to navigate multiple client environments.

  • Available for occasional travel (hybrid mode, adapted to field realities).

  • Comfortable with complexity, adaptable to different industries.

  • Bilingual FR/EN — confident in both client workshops and written deliverables.

  • Structured, rigorous, and capable of managing multiple mandates simultaneously.

  • Curious, autonomous, with sharp critical thinking and a thirst for learning.

  • Creative, able to step back and propose smart solutions.

  • Always up to date with the latest SAP developments — you like staying current.
