At DBC, we value the talent and expertise of our team. As part of our restructuring aimed at further enhancing our service to clients, we are announcing new positions and promotions within the team.
Congratulations to Kremena Todorova, Marc Laberge, Philippe Duchaine-Brunet, and Marjorie Philippon on their new responsibilities.
Kremena Todorova has been promoted to the dual role of Director, Professional Services – Process, and Employee Experience Lead. With over 15 years of experience in highly regulated production environments and as a Project Director and Team Leader on various projects, she is ideally positioned to oversee continuous improvement, support the Process team, and optimize operational efficiency. With her strong empathy, she will ensure the integration of new employees, foster staff well-being, and promote continuous learning, contributing to a stimulating work environment.
Marc Laberge has been appointed Director, Supply Chain Solutions. With more than 20 years of experience in SAP architecture and business process optimization, he will oversee the design and quality control of solutions deployed for our clients while supporting the delivery teams as a Project Coach.
Philippe Duchaine-Brunet has been promoted to Director, Professional Services – Data Governance, while continuing his role as Responsible for Marketing. His experience as a Project Director, Team Leader, and Master Data Specialist makes him a perfect fit for this role. He will be responsible for managing the Master Data Governance (MDG) team, ensuring the quality and integrity of data for our clients.
Marjorie Philippon, who recently joined DBC, takes on the role of Director, Professional Services – Project Management & Solutions, further strengthening our leadership team.
